Before you send.

It depends on the work. Cleaning is lighter; structural repair or colour revival takes longer, especially when custom parts need sourcing. We give a real timeline when we see the piece — not before. Rush requests are taken on case by case; we never accept a deadline we cannot hold.
Yes, islandwide across Singapore — one pickup and one return delivery, complimentary when you proceed with service. If we assess the bag and service is declined, or for additional journeys and multi-bag returns, courier is at your cost. Outside Singapore, send the bag to us via your preferred courier; we use DHL for international shipments.
Yes — crocodile, ostrich and python, each handled by our exotic-leather specialist. These leathers require dedicated tools and technique; we take them on selectively.
We tell you before we start. Some limits are structural: scratches on nylon will not fully clean off — replacement is the only lasting fix. Partial leather replacement carries a tone-match risk — new and aged leather rarely match exactly. Odour treatment improves; it does not promise full elimination. Nothing is taken on without your sign-off.
Every piece is different. Cost depends on the model, the leather, the hardware and the work involved — there is no fixed rate. Send us a photo (front, back, and the area of concern) and we come back with a specific estimate for that piece.
