Our story

Restoration is
our only craft.

We began in one specialist room. The craft has not changed; only the address.

Our craftspeople are certified in France and Germany, and train in leather, leather chemistry and Southeast Asia climate technique. We use conditioners, dyes and tools selected for the materials and the climate — not off-the-shelf solutions.

    Materials and methods adapted to the tropical climate. Leather from European houses behaves differently in humidity — our technique is built for that.

Our outlet is in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore (11 Kee Seng Street, 01-06 Onze Tanjong Pagar). For Kuala Lumpur, our sister outlets are at Plaza Damas (Sri Hartamas) and TRX — reeluxsbagspa.my.
We are a restoration outlet, not a quick-fix counter. Each piece is assessed by a specialist, worked by hand with materials selected per leather and per maison, and documented before and after. 20,000+ owners served across our Malaysia and Singapore outlets.
Yes — we work on luxury shoes at our Tanjong Pagar outlet: heel rebuilding, sole repair, colour revival and hardware. Sole oxidation (yellowing of the white outsole) is also a common request; availability depends on the sole type and condition — WhatsApp us a photo and we'll confirm. Yes — every completed service carries a 6-month warranty on the specific areas worked, from the date the piece is returned to you. Within those 6 months, if the same area shows an issue caused by our workmanship, bring it back and we'll make it right at no charge. The warranty covers the work done; it does not cover new damage, normal wear, mold caused by humid storage, or any issue outside the area we serviced.
