How delivery, free outlet pickup, returns and exchanges work for the care collection.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery is free on orders over S$ 120, and a flat S$ 8 below that. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Self-pickup at our Tanjong Pagar outlet
Prefer to collect in person? Choose Outlet pickup at checkout, free of charge. We’ll send a WhatsApp message when your order is ready for collection. Current opening hours are shown at checkout and on our Contact page.
Returns & exchanges
If a care product isn’t right for you, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Damaged or incorrect item
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, let us know and we’ll make it right. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo and your order number, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.
